I’m Kathryn Hofer, and my life passion is to help you plan an intentional business and life.

I have over a decade of experience organizing teams and projects. When I was 21 years old I founded byDesign; an arts-based, non-profit that continues programming today. As well, I've planned hundreds of weekly live events including national conferences.

In my mid-20's I battled with overwhelm and depression, my life lacking a clear focus. I was burning out. Resigning from my full-time responsibilities I focused on my health and regained clarity on what my passions and skills were. Along the way I've developed strategies and systems to help me live a sustainable, fulfilling life that prioritizes what matters.

My goal with Modern Planner is to share what I've learned the hard way about prioritizing, planning, and living an intentional life. As well, I desire to serve you on your journey, as unique as it is.

More than anything, I want to help you stay ahead in life. I've developed an number of ways to work together, depending on your needs. I can help you plan a sustainable life and ultimately stay ahead. Together we can imagine your ideal life, determine priorities, develop a plan, and adjust based on real life scenarios.
