Many of us go through life doing the same tasks and projects over and over, recreating the experience every single time. However, could you imagine the time you would save, and the mental space you could free up if you documented all of these tasks?

It’s totally possible to create workflows and just keep them stored in your memory. However, documenting workflows for your personal life and business can make all the difference: time saved, consistency, ease of training and so much more

However, the real value is in documenting them. You can choose to store your workflows on paper (especially helpful when posting them), however I recommend a digital form of storage, either word documents, Google Drive, or a task management software that you use for other things. Ideally you want to be able to access your workflows from multiple devices and share them with others (either family or team members).
